We primarily process personal data that we receive directly from you as our Customer within the scope of our client relationships. For the use of our VIMA Services we primarily process personal data you upload on our website, such as a self-presentation Video, information about your job positing, work experience, spoken language, etc (all together the “Customer Material”) which you provide to us by uploading the information on your User Account.
The Application is designed to analyze your Video and Customer Personal Data. The profiling is based on an automated behavioral analysis based on scientific criteria. The result of this profiling analysis will be provided to you – and to you only – in the form of a Report (see section 7). We will transmit the Report to Third Parties only upon your explicit instruction in writing. You are free to use the Report or not or to express your point of view and to contest the Report as addition to the Report. When registering for our services and consenting to our General Terms and Conditions, we collect your explicit consent to profiling of your Customer Material. The use of your Customer Material and data protection is governed by the respective General Terms and Conditions.
